“neXus” derives its name from the Latin word “nectere,” meaning “to connect.” The collection explores the connection and balance between masculine and feminine energies, questioning the boundaries that traditionally separate them.
THE POWER OF ANDROGYNY
The perception of gender is deeply shaped by time, culture, and environment. Throughout history, identities beyond the binary of male and female have been recognised, respected, and even celebrated. Yet these identities have also repeatedly been suppressed and confined within rigid categories. neXus explores this recurring tension between recognition and restriction, and the continual breaking free from the stereotypes that seek to define us.
Our perception of gender is constantly evolving, and always will be. This collection celebrates the power of that diversity, embracing the ever-changing nature of gender identity and the boundless beauty of human expression.
